Mmm Mmmm... Shepherd's Pie

I don't know what the policy is on reposting recipes created by known chefs, so I will abstain. But, I will direct you to go to the Rachel Ray daytime talk show site and search for the stretch a buck shepherd's pie. You will not be sorry. Especially if you are feeding an army! It literally overflows our large cast iron pan and makes enough for us to eat it at four different dinners.

I usually post and credit, and that seems to be a widely used standard. I think the technical legal policy is that recipes cannot be copywrighted but you can get in trouble for copying exact wording (I tend to rewrite the wording to A) be safe and B) because I never follow stuff exactly anyway.

The only pub that seems to care with a vengeance, even overstepping its bounds, is Cooks Illustrated, who will go after bloggers who even talk about adapting their recpipes (which bloggers have a legal right to do).

Thanks Missy! I'll do that next time. I figured I would go better safe than sorry. I'll definitely keep the Cooks Illustrated thing in mind.
